This company did very good to rectify what was an initial problematic situation. The carpet was unfortunately installed incorrectly due to a communication error it took a while to get somebody to reach out which then the salesman wasn't very helpful and didn't really want to fix the situation. That's when Chuck the customer service guy was extremely nice listened to my concerns and needs and came out himself with the crew to make sure it was done right.

We're getting a condo ready to sell, and said happened to have 50-year-old carpeting. Time for an upgrade! Value Plus Flooring did a great job. Mom especially liked their showroom, helpful salesman, and wide selection. They answered all of Mom's questions and helped us find exactly what we needed. They ordered the carpet and kept us in the loop about the delivery date. Once the carpet arrived, they were able to schedule an installation in less than a week. Richard did an absolutely beautiful job, and immaculate about cleanup--there was absolutely no debris at all. The place looks fantastic. You need an appointment to look in the showroom, but lots of choices and great customer service with the person you have an appt.with. Dave was experienced and knowledgeable...very helpful!
