“MHI responded immediately to our request for a bid and then followed up quickly with a very reasonable price offer. They showed up when they promised and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. The communication with the project manager was excellent. The finished product met all our expectations. I would certainly use MHI again and recommend them to others.”
“Outstanding workmanship.
Knowledgeable and kept us in the loop for our input during installation. Highly recommend this company.”
“We worked with Patrick at BD Exteriors to have him assess our roof and provide an estimate for replacing our shingles. He was very thorough and pointed out all the steps their crews adhere to and perform in installing a roofing system that would be certified and warranted by Certainteed. After receiving the estimate we had some questions about upgrading to class 4 shingles and also about some color options and Patrick responded promptly. He was patient with us as we made the final decision on class 4 shingles and color. Patrick provided an estimated timeframe for installation and called the week prior to the install date to confirm.
On the installation day, Matt arrived with a crew ready to begin work at 7:00 AM. Some structural issues with the original roof decking were identified and promptly fixed. The crew did a great job of completing the roofing installation and performed a thorough cleanup after words. We are very pleased with the results and the new shingles really dress up the curb appeal of our home.
It was a pleasure to work with both Patrick and Matt through the entire process and an overall great experience working with BD Exteriors.”
