“We used Wagner for a new roof and LP siding on our house. His crew made sure everything was properly cleaned up after. They were always right on time and respectful. We are now getting our deck and porch redone through Wagner as well. He's been absolutely great to work with!”
“Elk River Exteriors put a new roof on my brother's house, and it was not a simple job — the house had a lot going on, plus a tree that was threatening the roof and had to come down first. They coordinated with an excellent tree company to handle that, then got the roof done efficiently.
When they came out, they told me straight up that they wouldn't be the cheapest, but that they'd do good work. As it turned out, they were nearly the cheapest quote I got, and by far the most professional and comprehensive — clearly laid out and complete with warranty details. I was managing this from out of state, and they kept me informed and kept the project on track the entire way.
Fair price, honest expectations, and a finished roof that speaks for itself. I really appreciated the work they did.”
“We really enjoyed working with Faith, Brandon, John, Cole, and the rest of the PDR team. They helped us plan and execute on a bathroom remodel. They were good at communicating, punctual, and John and Cole treated the upgrades as they would their own home. They were quick to respond to any questions and addressed our concerns. We also enjoyed working with the plumber PDR contracted for this project. They worked efficiently to get inspections matched up the work that was completed. The majority of the work was completed by the end of the timeline provided but we are waiting on the manufactured glass shower door at time of posting this review.”
