I had Derek from Lutgen come out and check my roof for hail damage after our recent hail. Luckily our shingles were fine but Derek saw that our plumbing stack lids were damaged from squirrels. Apparently they like to gnaw on the lead in the lids. They chewed them all the way through. Derek came back and replaced the lids and said there would be no charge because they covered them under our warranty. You can see that Lutgen is a company that takes care of their customers.
