David was fantastic!! I called him yesterday evening about my water heater and he got quotes back to me quickly. He was here bright and early the next morning, was professional, polite and took the time to explain what was going on. He was able to get my pilot light relit and gave me honest advice about the repairs my water heater will eventually need, without trying to pressure me into replacing parts right away! After calling several plumbing companies, his prices couldn’t be beat. I highly recommend David to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and affordable plumber!

We have worked with Dave at Nearby plumbing for many years at our commercial property and he always does incredible work at a fair price. We have had many problems due to low quality products being used during the construction process. Dave has fixed all of our problems and has greatly improved the plumbing in our building with his vast knowledge of plumbing products by installing higher quality and longer lasting parts.
We've had him fix everything from leaking expansion joints in a 12 foot ceiling buried behind metal studs, to pressurized water supply lines that have burst. He's replaced broken water hammer arrestors and he even redid all of the replacement...read full review
