“There are truly not enough words to express how amazing they are. Dr. Hedges saved my childhood dog many years ago and has now been working incredibly closely to help my current dog. I moved and got dogs but didn't use brighton as they were further, and I was a kid when we used them before. I still live far away but I'm moving all my dogs over and wish I would've long ago. I've never dealt with a clinic that gives such great care as well and truly seem to care about every patient. When I go there, it doesn't feel like it's just a job to them, it feels like they enjoy being there and helping animals. I love it!“

“I’m 28 now and married, and I’ve been coming to this veterinary clinic since I was litterally a kid! The Minnehaha Team has been there through every moment of my childhood pets, and now they support me as I care for my very own cat and dog with confidence and independence.

Over the years, I’ve built incredible trust with the front desk staff, the assistants, and the doctors. They’ve treated our pets like family and they’ve treated us like family too. We particularly have a great bond with Bobbie and Dr. Soule.
We feel like the staff has always shown up with compassion, professionalism, and absolute genuine care. They LOVE our dog Marzipan, everyone genuilnly greats her and hopes she's doing well. Even new empoleeyes we meet fall in love with her and it's very hearwarming.

“Had a grooming appointment this past Thursday and experienced car trouble. I live quite close— but not close enough to walk there in time for the appointment for which I was running late. She came and picked my little buddy up.

The grooming services were 10/10 as usual— but the willingness to help when I needed it was even more appreciated.

I have a very anxious boy and I was so worried about the vet visit being overwhelming for him, but the vet tech was just as kind and loving with him as I am. It’s rare that I feel like a vet treats my cats as if they’re their own, so I was very thankful. The vet was straightforward and nice as well. If I wasn’t moving out of the state soon, I could see this being the place took my cats to for the rest of their lives.“

“I am so thankful to have this team as my dogs primary care vet! I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience with them and their team. I enjoy the ability to go back to the room with my dog for her appointments and the team is knowledgeable and compassionate. My dog sees Dr. O’Brien who is so incredibly kind and always explains things exceptionally well. I appreciate their transparency with costs - my pup will be needing a teeth cleaning in the near future and they were very transparent with me that the cost would be higher than other vets, I believe due to them having a veterinary anesthesiologist on staff. I really appreciate the heads up and knowledge they provide. The students are phenomenal as well! I would like to at least give a heads up to those who are unfamiliar with this clinic - this is a teaching facility. The students at the UMN veterinary school gain their practice here and with that, appointments may take longer as to give the students their opportunity to learn. They are always supervised by a licensed vet who will double check anything to be certain, but the students do a fantastic job!

I’ve also utilized their urgent care/emergency care option as well (as many pet owners might have to) and it is also nothing short of amazing. My poor pup injured her back a month or two ago and they got us in mere hours later and got to the bottom of her pain right away and promptly got us her prescriptions to help her out. Not to mention, when she had to be given a shot, they took her to the back and met us in the lobby and to my surprise, she was given a UMN Vet bandana “because everyone loves her so much” which brought so much joy to me during a day filled with a lot of stress and worry.

I cannot thank this team enough for always going the extra mile. I’m thankful my dog loves going to the vet and I’m always happy to allow them to take any extra time they need to use my pup as a teaching opportunity as I bet it’s fairly uncommon to get a dog that loves the vet as much as mine.“
