“I am behind on writing this review, which I actually think is a good thing because, now a month after my 2nd visit I can say with even more certainty that my experience and results are most excellent. This was my first time trying this type of treatment. I was impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and (because I have some secondary medical issues) how concerned the entire team was about making sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered completely. I will not hesitate to go back to Expressions again! It is obvious that the entire team cares about the clients they serve and are willing to go the extra mile. They did make product recommendations for me, but I never felt extra pressure to buy anything. In fact, they were super flexible and even encouraged me to be conservative. The team took great care not to over treat me and to throughly explain the process well. Is this spa the most luxurious place you'll ever visit for care? Probably won't be, but it was super clean and well organized. Bonus you'll get great progressional treatment from kind, knowledgeable people who know their stuff and love what they do!“

She really took the time to talk through what I wanted, worked with the photos I brought, and even did a mix of wet and dry cutting to make sure my wavy hair matched the look perfectly. After a unpleasant experience in Onalaska Wi and trying to resolve it with rude staff I decided not to use my card or enter the store again. Today I met the greatest staff ever.
