There was an initial mixup after I called late last week to see what time building opens, because of transportation & my appointment was accidentally canceled. HOWEVER, Dr. White and the front desk staff were able to let me keep my appointment & forever grateful! Dr. White is personable, experienced, answers all questions and explains everything thoroughly!

I haven’t been to the dermatologist since high school…. It’s been a LONG time. The experience felt comfortable and safe. Their team was kind and helpful.
Setting up an appointment was painless and I didn't experience any issues with the front desk staff, as others have noted. However I felt my appointment with Dr Morrell was extremely rushed. I was in the room for maybe a whole 5 minutes with her. It was almost offensive, for how much I'm paying out of pocket for this visit. Every question I asked her, she had a textbook definition and spoke very fast. I had a few questions regarding other spots on my skin, as I had never been to a dermatologist before and wasn't sure how to proceed or if I should be worried about them.
