Went to Dr white for a scheduled appt for botox. She noticed my face was really pink. I told her it was due to my eczema acting up. She then said 'I can write you a script for that'- I said 'ok' and it took her all of 10 secs to scribble out a script. I paid for my treatment in full when I left that day. I just got my bill and I see they charged me an additional $141 for an office visit. HOW DIRTY IS THAT ?!?! She didn't even mention it would be an additional charge as an office visit. If she had,I would've refused but she never gave me the courtesy.Pretty unethical way to do business!

Front desk staff did not acknowledge my presence as I stood in line for 20 minutes to check in for appointment. Then quite rude, no consideration or friendly tone, and told me that I had to complete paperwork and therefore late for my appointment. I then sat and waited for 90 minutes after my appointment time as they (coordination among front desk staff) put me at bottom of wait list. Very disgusting! I've never been treated so poorly in a doctor's office. Do not recommend this Eagan office.

Horrible rude mean rude unemphatic when trying to reschedule then I get told I can never see that docter because I can’t reschedule people go through things in life get sick etc dr dear Courtney d white I littelry came to this clinic to see you because of your good reviews but you refuse because you can’t seem to understand or even show or even have any empathy towards me I really got sick & have been battling with my health. Why did you refuse care for me I only missed two appointments & I did reschedule I thought a patient had 3. Im a collage student I’m also a person of color who has been going through these skin issues for months nobody had helped all my life...read full review
