I attended this Ulta location on a busy Friday in the summer, expecting to self service and help myself to the same old concealer I always wear. I did, however, want to double check that it was a good shade match for me so I asked an employee if they would quickly confirm for me. This employee was Derek S who proceeded to go above and beyond in creating the most delightful and positive experience I have ever had when shopping for beauty.
