“I've been struggling with right neck and shoulder pain after a t-bone car accident. Had the full work up with MRI imaging showing neuroforaminal stenosis. For a hot second, I was worried that this was going to be the beginning of chronic unrelenting pain as I've seen so many times in my own patients in the emergency department. I've seen how a small injury can propagate into progressive chronic pain that becomes debilitating over time. I have so much life to live and I did not want this pain to be a part of my life forever so I came here. I've been seeing Tiffany and Adam for therapies and they each bring years of experience and different treatment approaches.
