Everything was ok except that they took too long to attend to me and when i ask why, the reply i got was that the was shortage of staffs on duty that day so that was it . Apart from that they were welcoming nice and easy to talk to

I had my bi-annual DOT medical exam at Concentra's clinic in Mendota Heights last Friday. It went very smoothly and I passed the exam with no issues. I found myself going back to the clerk at the service desk several times with questions as the instructions on the forms were not as clear as they ought to have been.

I had an excellent experience here. I was a walk-in about an hour before close for a work physical. Most places would be annoyed by this but not here. Everyone was extremely professional and efficient. They got me in and out in no time WITHOUT making me feel rushed. This doesn't happen near the end of the day at most places. The staff was very friendly helpful I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked. Thank you guys for going out of your way to make me feel comfortable at your facility.
