“On July 2, 2026, I saw Arden for PT. When reviewing my exercises I mentioned that I had pain in my left knee and a knee replacement was in my future. He not only helped me with my exercises, but went beyond by suggesting I get a 5 lb. ankle weight. He told me to sit on a high stool and dangle my weighted leg, bent at the knee, before walking/doing activities. Today is the third day of doing this and it has helped already! I can perform tandem walking, slow marching, and standing exercises with less pain. While it hasn’t taken away my knee problems, I am able to function better.

I believe integrating this kind of assistance into the dizzy and balance therapies would improve peoples lives. It certainly has helped me!“
