“These people have the hands of healing they truly understand the human body if you can explain what your discomfort is they can fix it .I was set up for surgery for months like 10 to be exact so I went to hopkins health in the prior months leading up to my surgery and I was in rough shape ,was set up for fusion on c5 c6 and c7 it was so bad at one point I couldn't get off the couch with out help and guess what through physical therapy and Chiropractic visits they fixed it !! that's right no surgery. 1000 THANK YOU'S TO ALL OF YOU !! at hopkins health you people ROCK!! (Two thumbs up to DMR)”

“Sarah is a life saver! I have been going to her since I was pregnant- now my son is 18 months old! She’s helped me with all my issues during this time - to help me get through life’s daily tasks without pain but also to enable me to do the activities I want to do. For example during pregnancy it was helping me continue to bike, manage side and hip pain, and giving me additional comfortable sleeping positions. Now it’s help with leaking, a sudden back spasm, getting back to running, proper mechanics to pick up my 25lb wiggly kid to avoid further issue etc. She is extremely knowledgeable and it’s obvious that she has a lot of experience- nothing phases her and 9 times out of 10 her soft tissue work and exercises help me immediately! Her bedside manner is literally the best in the business; she provided me amazing emotional support in a very anxious time during my pregnancy with different complications (her previous doula experience is such an asset!)! I really can’t recommend her highly enough- I have full confidence that she can help you with whatever your issue is!”

“The online booking only took a second. It took a second to find the front door, but I was greeted warmly by the staff who had me fill out a simple intake form.
From there Jenny and I discussed problems with my neck and shoulders along with a new lower back issue. Hands down the best massage therapy I’ve ever received out of maybe 30 professional massages. Highly recommend.”
