“Dan was clear communicator and fixed two separate issues with my oven. I have a basic electric oven and the computer “went”. He replaced the part in a reasonable time frame for a reasonable price. I’m pretty frugal and considered replacing the whole range, but after reviewing current prices to buy the exact same basic oven, I decided to get the repair. A few weeks later the outer part of glass oven door shattered (entirely my fault, poor cleaning choice) , he replaced this too. Both of these repairs have held for a several months now. I would definitely call him again if I needed a repair. Yes, I would prefer to pay less, but he is reasonable and excellent service for what I needed.”

“What an amazing experience. Honest, straightforward and incredibly helpful. They don't just sell you a service or a product, they take the time to explain things thoroughly and make sure you're confident in how to take care of your vacuum. I am more than satisfied with the vacuum I purchased from them, I even took it to my friend's house and vacuumed her super plush rug with great success and fun. Now that I think about it I should have taken photos. Perhaps I can update my review in the future with photos. Oh! AND their products and brands are made with parts that are easier to replace if/when they break or need replacing for general maintenance you're not stuck with a proprietary product. Which ensures the life of your vacuum longer term. I know exactly where I'm going for my floorcare and exactly who I'll be sending anyone I know to when they're considering making a large purchase like a solid vacuum. Working in animal health technology means a lot of fur everywhere in life. My sebo rocked my carpet like no other. And it's aesthetically nice too!!!”
