“A tree fell on my house on a Sunday evening and I ended up running into a friend of mine , Adam Seed , who worked for Bison Builders that Monday morning. I told him what happened and he agreed to meet with the insurance adjuster that would show up that Thursday. He went up on the roof with her and let me know he would be there to take care of things for us. He kept in contact with me through the whole process, step by step. He never promised anything that they didn’t deliver. They were finished in a day and a half and cleaned up everything. The workers were very professional and courteous. Excellent job by this organization.“

“VERY pleased with the finished work and process using Robideau Construction. My 90-year-old mother filed an insurance claim for extensive water damage ($54,000). We decided to follow our insurance agent's recommendation and call Robideau. All four of my contacts were not only professional but also communicated and worked with me through what I felt was a complex process that needed my mother's input, which wasn't always timely or precise. They were patient and willing to work on our schedule. The work itself exceeded my expectations. Tyler started by ensuring that all damage was identified, properly documented for the insurance claim, and mitigated so that no further damage occurred. “Cedar Valley had replaced a roof for someone else in my neighborhood and noticed that I might have some damage from a recent hail storm. After inspecting the roof, they explained why it needed to be replaced and supported me through the process of justifying to my insurance company why the hail had caused the damage and required replacement. The crew did an excellent and quick job of replacing my house and shed roof with the highest quality materials. I am only not giving a full five stars due to some lapses in communication and the timeline between initial visit and the completion of the roof replacement. The quality of the work was excellent.“
