C and M Heating and Air Conditioning

I've had two opportunities to work with C& M Heating and Air Conditioning. The first time was two years ago when our central air was not keeping up during a hot spell. I was referred to Craig from someone who had worked with him in the past. He was very busy at that time but was able to come in a few days. I said the unit is about 15 years old and he said it might be near the end of its 'useful life' but checked it out. Things seemed okay, other than the coolant was not fully pressurized and there was probably a small leak somewhere. We were not in a position to put a new unit in so he charged it up and it has worked perfectly for two years.

Craig, the owner, went above and beyond to get us a new ac and furnace installed within 2 days of reaching out! His contractor couldn’t have been nicer and was at the house until 7:30 on a Friday night getting the work done. Craig made lots of phone calls to make this all happen so my adult daughter with chronic illness could get air conditioning asap. We highly recommend Craig and his team at C and M Heating and Air Conditioning!
