My furnace stopped working on Sunday evening. Send a text request to C&M heating. They were nice enough to follow up and send next morning . The technician was very courteous and came on time and discover there’s a parts replacement needed. He called around all his options, and the part was not available immediately. Then he was flexible, and he’ll work with me to find an alternative option to secure the parts and we did collect the parts and he install it.his flexibility and willingness to solve the issue during winter time was admirable thank you for the patience and the support and great pricing also on top of it.
The quoted price was more than competitive and there were no added charges. Tom, the C&M installer had the total install completed and operational in one day. This is my second time working with this business, and I was very satisfied both times.
We have used best Craig on two different houses we owned. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He gets the job done and for a very fair price. Best guy in the business.Service: A/C services
