But the person working with us left and some issues were not fully explained and the communication on the project start time, and once the project started was lacking at times. The siding crew was awesome. Tyler called me towards the end and listened to my concerns. Chad, the site boss was excellent at listening and problem solving. The finished project looks excellent.“

Our project involved a bathroom remodel, landscaping, concrete walkways, stairways and railings, roofing, exteriors of 3 buildings, windows, doors, and change over of heating fuel. Too much to show and tell all the great improvements. The sub-contractors were equally good at what they do as well as respectful. They worked well with our preferred businesses and orchestrated it with our needs in mind. I just wish I had a photo of the old iron tub that came out of the bathroom before it was transformed.“

Kevin was instrumental in providing ideas and guidance throughout the design and building phases. He, Andy, and the team of builders did a great job from roughing in the framing to putting in nice finishing touches throughout our home. They managed the whole process from beginning to end. We have heard from friends about the horror stories of building a house and having a crummy contractor. My wife and I had the complete opposite experience — very positive — and it was due to the partnership with the Kuechle team. We highly recommend them if you are planning to build from scratch (like we did) or remodel your home.“

“Cedar Valley had replaced a roof for someone else in my neighborhood and noticed that I might have some damage from a recent hail storm. After inspecting the roof, they explained why it needed to be replaced and supported me through the process of justifying to my insurance company why the hail had caused the damage and required replacement. The crew did an excellent and quick job of replacing my house and shed roof with the highest quality materials. I am only not giving a full five stars due to some lapses in communication and the timeline between initial visit and the completion of the roof replacement. The quality of the work was excellent.“

We had an unrelated incident, and Hunderberg came through with fast response, great customer service, and a lasting solution. Lastly, when there was a question on a separate stucco issue, Hunerberg came on-site immediately and provided an answer. Great workers with great management and great customer service makes for a GREAT company and experience.“

“I reached out to Ryan at My 3 Quotes to get help to replace two kitchen windows. I have an old home whose original windows are in great shape, but for some reason the kitchen windows had been replaced with cheap ones from the 90s. Ryan and I discussed a few options, ones with higher price points, ones with lower price points, and when I had settled on Marvin windows, he took me to the installer's showroom to go over different types, options and even colors of stain. On top of that, Ryan's in your corner if there's any issues with the installer. A great service, I'll be using Ryan and My 3 Quotes again.“
