“We recently had Landson do our kitchen,dining room and the living room which involved new flooring,countertop and backsplash, wallpaint and removal of the popcorn ceiling. Ben was our project manager he was very quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns which there was many he even answered a text on Superbowl Sunday. “Minnesota Remodeling Solutions is who you want to help you with your project. My concerns were always addressed in a respectful way. Our project involved a bathroom remodel, landscaping, concrete walkways, stairways and railings, roofing, exteriors of 3 buildings, windows, doors, and change over of heating fuel. Too much to show and tell all the great improvements. The sub-contractors were equally good at what they do as well as respectful. They worked well with our preferred businesses and orchestrated it with our needs in mind. I just wish I had a photo of the old iron tub that came out of the bathroom before it was transformed.“

“This is the second time I've used Johnson Exteriors to replace a roof.

We recently moved to St. Paul and our home got damaged by hail. Initially the damage was pointed out by a roofer canvasing the neighborhood, but they seemed shady and made me feel uncomfortable.
I remembered using Johnson Exteriors for my roof replacement when I lived in Minnepolis and called them up to get a second opinion.

Bryan Johnson, and his team were great to work with. They were professional and helped navigate the insurance claim process to ensure the required repairs, like new roof decking, were included to get everything up to code.

They replaced the roof, gutters and downspouts, and aluminum window/door wraps. A window got damaged during the process and they took care of it.“

“VERY pleased with the finished work and process using Robideau Construction. My 90-year-old mother filed an insurance claim for extensive water damage ($54,000). We decided to follow our insurance agent's recommendation and call Robideau. All four of my contacts were not only professional but also communicated and worked with me through what I felt was a complex process that needed my mother's input, which wasn't always timely or precise. They were patient and willing to work on our schedule. The work itself exceeded my expectations.
