“On a Friday evening, we noticed our water wouldn't get hot, so we checked our water heater. It was leaking. It was just about 10 years old. We went ahead and started emptying it and on Saturday morning we called Zumbro Valley Plumbing and another place, expecting no one to answer. The voicemail said he wouldn't be available until AFTER Monday. Saturday night, Don Hofstad called! He made sure we had turned everything off correctly, and he showed up Monday morning with a brand new water heater. He was so thoughtful, patient, helpful, answered all of our questions, and gave us a LOT of maintenance tips for our new water heater. We didn't hear back from the other place we called. We're looking forward to seeing Don again in 10 years! Thanks Don!”
