“What an amazing experience. Honest, straightforward and incredibly helpful. They don't just sell you a service or a product, they take the time to explain things thoroughly and make sure you're confident in how to take care of your vacuum. I am more than satisfied with the vacuum I purchased from them, I even took it to my friend's house and vacuumed her super plush rug with great success and fun. Now that I think about it I should have taken photos. Perhaps I can update my review in the future with photos.

Oh! AND their products and brands are made with parts that are easier to replace if/when they break or need replacing for general maintenance you're not stuck with a proprietary product. Which ensures the life of your vacuum longer term.
