“I love Proctor Clinic! Our primary doctors are downtown but we do labs, physical therapy, and some non-emergency appointments here. They are fantastic at working with the rest of our medical providers. I give Nancy Walsh credit for helping me get to the point where I have been walking without assistance for 5 years now and refuse to go to anyone else! (And Dr. Iwu, from downtown, credit for finding a way to manage the 20 years of vertigo that had me falling & reinjuring myself so many times over that time.) Nancy also works with my child and keeps proving to be amazing at her job. The front desk staff is always pleasant to communicate with and the phlebotomists are pure professionals at what they do. I cannot think of even one negative experience at this location. Thank all of you for serving our community.“

“Dr. Weber was good through multiple surgeries and consults to fix my nose. I see some negative reviews about his manner, but he did what needed to be done in a professional manner. I went there for nose issues, which was accomplished, not for story time and hand-holding.“

“My low back has been extremely severe for the last few months. Going to the chiropractor hasn’t been beneficial thus far. Went in on a whim yesterday and I don’t know what kind of magic they did but it almost immediately relieved the pain. I sneezed today and wasn’t bent over in pain. I was able to roll over in bed last night. There is still a small amount of discomfort but if 30 mins did that much good I can’t imagine what an hour would do. I am sold on this place and what they do.“

“My doctor, April Jacobson, was attentive, kind, patient, and informative. She did a great job of providing information to me clearly and calmly. I didn’t catch the name of the kind nurse who checked me in, but she was also lovely.“

“VA facilities can be really hit or miss. Tend to be much worse the more loaded they are with vets. Denver being the worse that I’ve experienced. Twin ports being a smaller clinic I feel exceeds expectations when it comes to helping and caring for vets. If you are looking for a doctor, Dr. Schoenecker is an absolute rockstar. Everyone that I have interacted with in optometry, labs and mental health has been friendly and really do show that they care. Also, if you like gunsmoke or similar black and white westerns, you are in luck because that’s all that they ever play in the waiting room.“

“The layout and parking ramp are very convenient. Take one elevator from the ramp to the clinic and one elevator to the Doctor's office.“

“From nurses to doctors - I felt like I was their only patient. Kind, competent, thorough. Comfortable room with a nice view. So different from the other facility where I had my Colonoscopy and felt like I was on an assembly line“

“Recently had to be at Saint Mary's with my husband. A Volunteer named Joe was a life saver for us. He left his post to walk us to where we needed to be. It was a ways away. He was so kind, and courteous, and patient. Volunteers are the best! Helpers who don't get paid. I give Joe 10 ⭐️ stars. Made our day go so much smoother. ❤️“
