“VA facilities can be really hit or miss. Tend to be much worse the more loaded they are with vets. Denver being the worse that I’ve experienced. Twin ports being a smaller clinic I feel exceeds expectations when it comes to helping and caring for vets. If you are looking for a doctor, Dr. Schoenecker is an absolute rockstar. Everyone that I have interacted with in optometry, labs and mental health has been friendly and really do show that they care. Also, if you like gunsmoke or similar black and white westerns, you are in luck because that’s all that they ever play in the waiting room.”
