Negative expirences all around. I am only putting 2 stars because they are harder to take down. I have been dealing with the same thing for years now. The nurses and dismissive and not sympathetic. The scheduling is so tight, being seen for something potentially life threatening isn't enough of a reason to squeeze someone in. Disappointing. I will be looking into St. Lukes next time around.
You've got a BILLION-dollar building, but you can't pay for representatives to help patients when they enter your clinics? The tablets are crap, the scanner took 10 tries before it worked, and it didn't even ask me to enter insurance. Only for me to figure out weeks later that the insurance was being declined over a simple error that a PHYSICAL representative would've helped with. Luckily, I caught the mistake in time. Most people who go to check on their health today are stressed as is; you don't need to make the experience worse.
On the bright side, all the doctors I've seen have been very good 👍
The Militant feel has to go. Stop with all the rules and regulations. On a positive note the staff are pretty cool, doctors and nurses are the best. I will go back. It is this military environment I can do without. Enough with all the psy ops this is America. Have you all woken up yet?
