Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic 1st Street (Building A)

My husband has had many surgeries at Essentia, the last being in November for open heart surgery. We can not say enough about the personel and procedures. We are so thankful that we have Essentia health near us.

This building could use more outside signage with arrows on where to enter as a pedestrian (being the side facing Fitger's is not usable) and also more directives for those parking. More signs inside too would be nice as it would increase accessibility overall.

Poor lack of communication with test results & getting appts scheduled.You have to call & get your own results from lab work. No one calls you back when you leave messages.You need appts scheduled per the doctor referral & you have to call your self to get it scheduled.They want you to arrive 15mins early but yet don't ever get you into appt on time most of the time your sitting in the room for 30mins to 1hr waiting for doctor . Our time is just as valuable as the doctors but it doesn't seem that way.
