“I love Proctor Clinic! Our primary doctors are downtown but we do labs, physical therapy, and some non-emergency appointments here. They are fantastic at working with the rest of our medical providers. I give Nancy Walsh credit for helping me get to the point where I have been walking without assistance for 5 years now and refuse to go to anyone else! (And Dr. Iwu, from downtown, credit for finding a way to manage the 20 years of vertigo that had me falling & reinjuring myself so many times over that time.) Nancy also works with my child and keeps proving to be amazing at her job. The front desk staff is always pleasant to communicate with and the phlebotomists are pure professionals at what they do. I cannot think of even one negative experience at this location. Thank all of you for serving our community.“

“VA facilities can be really hit or miss. Tend to be much worse the more loaded they are with vets. Denver being the worse that I’ve experienced. Twin ports being a smaller clinic I feel exceeds expectations when it comes to helping and caring for vets. If you are looking for a doctor, Dr. Schoenecker is an absolute rockstar. Everyone that I have interacted with in optometry, labs and mental health has been friendly and really do show that they care. Also, if you like gunsmoke or similar black and white westerns, you are in luck because that’s all that they ever play in the waiting room.“

“Just recently had a full knee replacement by Dr. Henricks. Honestly...he is outstanding. He cares enough to listen to my concerns and explains them well. The surgery went well and recovery is going fast with healing and physical therapy. His staff does a great job!
