“Excellent experience!! Highly recommend!! I don't generally hire professionals for much, because I grew up in a family without much financial means, so we fixed things ourselves. However, our oven stopped working and six months before that, the convection fan stopped working in the oven; I didn't have time to investigate, troubleshoot, and repair myself, so I emailed Andy on a Sunday night. He responded the next morning and scheduled an appointment with me for the following morning. He showed up early, quickly diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. The next day, he contacted me to set an appointment for early the following day, because the part already arrived.
