Called about our washing machine and they were out on the same day to take a look at it. Within 15 minutes, they diagnosed the problem. Very quick and efficient and would definitely recommend!

Technician was super friendly. Bill was reasonable. Repaired fridge quickly, and more importantly was able to give me advice on how to resolve issue in future if it happens again. Recommend!

Excelsior Appliance was an outstanding company to deal with to fix our dishwasher! Mallory was our first contact with the company and she was friendly, patient, honest, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to solve our dishwasher issue. She scheduled Ben to come out to diagnose the problem. Ben had excellent customer service skills as well and figured out what was going on with it. He was the nicest guy to work with and was able to fix the dishwasher within a reasonable amount of time/cost being that it wasn’t even quite 3 years old. I highly recommend Excelsior Appliance for all your future appliance needs!!!
