It's really great to have a local vacuum shop. The door wasn't closing on our vacuum, causing the bag to not properly seat. The repair shop was able to fix it at a reasonable price. Also great to have a place that sells bags and filters. I enjoy the face-to-face service instead of ordering everything online.
I went into Osseo vacuum for the first time. It was a referral. I had purchased a Shark vacuum cleaner approximately 1.5 years ago and it stopped working out of the blue. I paid pretty good money for it as well. I had a gentleman give me a run down on purchasing Shark vacuums (I will never again make this mistake) I ended up leaving with 2 new vacuum cleaners. I have my own cleaning business, therefore need something light and reliable. I also got a warranty on both, along with new vacuum bags. Well worth the visit. Sales man was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and test it out.
Jeff came out to repair our central vac system and did an excellent job! My husband is handy, but after multiple attempts could figure it out. Jeff was in and out quickly and our system is working better than it was when we moved into our house!!
