Dave was able to review the issue with our air conditioner same day. He walked me through some troubleshooting steps over the phone to determine if the issue could be resolved without a visit. Prices are reasonable, and Dave was both professional and personable. We appreciated his honesty and willingness to explain what he was doing.

WE had an emergency around 8:00pm. We were desperately trying to find a company that would come out to help us. It was in the middle of the heat wave here in MN and we had a very sick son at home. Leaving our home wasn't an option for the night. Dave was the only company that advertised 24 HOUR services, that truly has 24HOUR services. Every other company was booked out days to weeks. Which I get but don't offer 24/7 if you can't offer it. Twin Cities HVAC flat out called me to tell me he was done working for the night.
