K & K Mechanical Heating and Cooling

I recently got assigned K&K heating through my warranty company and was not impressed. They did wait 45 minutes for my renter to arrive back at my rental unit, which I will give them credit for. They did not call me while on-site (only after back in the office) and hung up on me twice when I asked if we could replace the toilet that night. Very unprofessional, terrible communication skills, and I would look elsewhere if you need plumbing assistance. They still haven't called me back after the initial assessment from the warranty company.

I'm not normally a review writing person, but when my furnace quit and I went looking for someone to fix it, I didn't know where to start.
I could NOT have chosen a better company to repair my furnace! Timely response, fantastic customer care, more than fair price and a SUPER nice guy to top it all off. Kevin explained everything, showed me what was wrong and shared his knowledge appropriately when I asked questions, and I probably asked too many.
I would recommend them to family....and friends too!
I'd call them again and again, even though I hope I don't have too.

My AC stopped working and I found K&K in a search for local repair shops. They had good online reviews so I gave them a call. Kevin was at my house in about 30 minutes. It only took an hour to diagnose and repair my issue and the cost was much less than expected. Kevin was courteous and friendly and did a great job. I would recommend their service. They certainly lived up to their reviews!
