I have worked with Massman for over 5 years. I've consistently been impressed with their timeliness, quality of work and fairness (in terms of what they charge for the work they do).Most recently, we were having an issue with the floor hear in an upstairs bathroom. It was a significantly more complicated problem to solve than we originally thought. We worked with John on solving the problem. I was very impressed with his analytical skills and persistence in digging in and making sure we really were at the root of the issue and solving the problem for the long term.Thank you John!

I was referred to Massmann after engaging with another HVAC installer about geothermal after I broke him with all my questions. Massmann quickly demonstrated its expertise with geothermal installs and moved quickly at my behest to complete my geothermal installation as winter approached. I have a fairly large home, requiring two air handler units, as well as in-floor heating, and other complicating factors. The complexity of integrating all of this and synchronizing it to all work well and properly together is no novice task. I've consistently been impressed with both the professionalism and follow-through with Massmann on my geothermal installation.
