I brought my sweet girl Qiqi in for surgery to remove a tumor on her side. She unfortunately passed away a few days after due to complications during recovery; the surgery itself went fine, the stress of everything was just too much for her poor little body to handle. Cedar Pet Clinic was wonderful throughout everything. Everyone was kind, and extremely helpful when I had questions. They did everything they could to help her, and even managed to get me in very last minute when her condition continued to worsen. They know us, through thick and thin for 15 years. They've gone over and above in developing an at home treatment plan that has prevented so many hospitalizations for our dog. Dr. Keller is a jewel. The techs are brilliant. Common sense and excellent customer service abounds.

I always refer people with exotic pets to Cedar Pet Clinic! Dr. Keller recommended a nutritional supplement for Chardonnay, and I believe that is what helped her regain her strength when she was not eating. I'm happy to say that Chardonnay now has her full appetite back and is gaining weight. Looks like she will be shedding on her head! So grateful for Dr. Keller, Dr. Baillie and all the staff at Cedar Pet Clinic!
