Scheduling, rescheduling (I needed to), pricing, prep conversations, managing expectations, showing up, doing the work, circling back after — all of it was 5-star. “I highly recommend this company. I had a bad spot on my area rug and tried everything I could think of to remove it but was not successful. John came out and did a great job getting rid of it. After that the rug had some bulges I could not get rid of it and I
called them and they picked it up and did their magic and it lays flat again!!!! They did not charge me and I am so pleased that they backed up their work and are so professional. Btw the bulges were because of the fabric in the rug and not their issue.

“We had a handmade rug and its pad picked up for cleaning and returned. This was a specialty cleaning. Cleaning was mostly for various pet stains and one large lemonade spill. The rug looks beautiful and has no lingering odors (either from stains or from the cleaning process).
