“Had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned today. Arrived as scheduled. Very thorough job and respectful of my home as the one fellow took his shoes off before coming in. They left leaving the place clean. They told me exactly what they were doing. Very professional and friendly. Not the first time Anderson Mechanical has been here and it won't be the last!! “Tech fixed my dryer and I now have a working unit. However, this was the second time that I had to have a part(s) replaced, costing nearly 400.00 in the past 2 1/2 months. First, it was the thermostat. Now, it was the heating element and a round disc that was rusted and not turning properly.“

“I didn't know if I would ever use this, but I did. My furnace stopped working on a thursday. Called right away at 7am. Dude that helped me on the phone wasn't the nicest. But KB service called me back about an hour and a half later and got someone over later that afternoon. Sean came. He was awesome. Figured out what was wrong with it. They needed to order part and told me Monday. I went and got some space heaters and waited the 3 days. On Monday kb service called me back, and said they were sending ado out. Again. He was super awesome as well and got my furnace up and running! Not sure if I should be leaving review for homesmart or kb.“
