I had an emergency situation and a Technician was there within a couple hours. He did a very thorough job and made sure there wouldn't be more problems down the line. I have four apartments and two retail spaces. It was a blessing to be able to tell all the tenants they could use the plumbing again.
We hired Peter from Chip Bauer Construction Inc to manage the finishing of our basement. He was with us every step of the way; helping us envision what the blank canvas could be, working with the bank to help us get our loan, coordinating the subcontractors (though he and Tyler did a lot of phenomenal work themselves), responding to questions or changes, and even following up with us to check to see how everything was going months after the project ended.
Inevitably, with a project of this size, our plans didn't always work out 100% the way we intended, and Peter was an invaluable resource when we experienced any hiccups. His expertise and problem-solving skills saved the day on more than one occasion, and he always had the right fix for the right obstacle at the right time. He even provided us guidance on some upkeep questions completely unrelated to this project.
Above all, Peter was a very personable and excellent communicator. We always knew who was coming and going on which day, and what they were doing -- incredibly helpful information with 4 kids and my wife and I both working full-time jobs!
We would be overjoyed to use Chip Bauer Construction again for any future construction work. I have every bit of confidence that I'll receive extremely high quality work, on time, and within the proposed budget.

I was referred to this optical team several years ago. The target team that works there is helpful and friendly. Hoesung takes my glasses measurements and offers me chocolates, she is really friendly. I also enjoy my visits with Dr Bailey-he is friendly, knowledgeable and good at his craft.

Rochelle went ABOVE and beyond to fix my breakage. She worked with it and cut it into blended and precise layers. Was so determined, and took her time to be 100% accurate and actually perfect. She doesn't half ANYTHING! Shes passionate and does not stop until she is satisfied. On top of that her pricing is almost unheard of. Makes you want to tip almost 100% on top. Likely the best haircut I have had in YEARS. Allison was absolutely wonderful to work with. I kind of let her take the reigns and followed her guidance. She knew exactly what to do to transform my hair. Everything from the gloss she mixed to the cut and style was 10 out of 10. She was incredibly personable and friendly. I really enjoyed my experience here and even though I live over an hour away.. this will be my go to next time I need a cut or to spice things up. I couldn't have had a better experience.
I booked a last minute service with Sophia due to a last minute cancellation somewhere else and to say it was out of this world would be an understatement. Upon arriving I upgraded to the head spa which comes with the facial included. The head spa was so relaxing that I feel like I gained 10 years back of my life. I highly recommend the spa services here. Everyone was super friendly, the atmosphere was very relaxing, and it was very clean. Sophia gave the best head and neck massage I’ve ever had and her brow skills are also on point. If you’re looking for a super friendly and not super expensive spa, go here!

Reached out for quotes from 3 local companies for a 30x44x14 outbuilding (insulated, in-floor heat, A/C). Morton's salesman (Rich) was first to respond (the other two took over 4 weeks to even give me a call back). Rich was patient with me as we made some customizations to the exterior design, stairs/loft and then sent out an amazing crew to bring it to life. A special shout out to the Morton builiders - Travis, Kyle and Wesley...man, these guys were the ultimate attention-to-detail craftsmen. They worked their tails off and were more than willing to make some modifications for our loft/stair case and were always professional, polite and kept the work area cleaned-up. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing and I would absolutely request that the Bemboom boys build it. Top shelf all the way around. Highly recommend.
They reached out to me today when I was looking for someone to plow my daughter's driveway in Monticello. They were at there house within 20 minutes of them contacting me and did a great job. I was so happy that they could come right away to take care of the snow and she can get out of her driveway. one bad thing about living of a mason road is that the city plow plow all the snow back where you have shoveled. Thank you for one less thing to worry about.
Results were great, Schillewaert Landscaping did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, for the price they quoted. Professional workers and they cleaned up daily. We had demolotion and landscaping done. I strongly recommend them.
I am terrified of the dentist. Yes, I am one of those folks. A couple of years back, I had to go in for a myriad of issues with my teeth. The dentists and technicians were kind, patient, respectful and very mindful of my fear. I had the pleasure of working closely with Pam when I was having insurance issues, and she is a gem.
I went in today for a cleaning and have a chipped molar, and was able to get an earlier appointment due to this. The front desk staff were helpful again with my insurance, and my technician Emma was a delight. She understood my hesitation and was patient with me. I felt safe and cared for. I can say that I actually enjoyed my cleaning today, and am excited to get a couple of fillings next week!

I started going to Westside Chiropractic due to leg pain that I assumed was from arthritis or general wear and tear in my knee. They had hours that worked with my schedule and were able to get me in that week.After a couple of appointments, it improved quite a bit but was still lingering. Dr. Hilbert then recommend the Triton DTS Decompression Table. I was laying there thinking how this was stupid and that I probably wasn't coming back. My pain was in my leg and not my back after all. But to my surprise, my leg pain decreased significantly after that first session, so I returned. After the second decompression treatment, the pain was completely gone. My knees and legs feel better than they have in ten years. Dr. Hilbert listened carefully, understood what was going on, and took the right steps to help me feel better. If you have ever wondered if a chiropractor is a good idea for your young child, the answer is yes. My 2 month old was showing signs of Torticollis and only turning his head to the right and seemed extremely stiff on his right side. Decided to take him to Dr. Barker and 3 clicks of the activator and my boy melted into me. Dr. Barker was gentle with him and the activator is gentle enough that it didn't hurt him, but still effective that it got the job done. We now have a baby who seems like a brand new kid! He is so relaxed and happy!I will absolutely bring my kids here anytime they seem like an adjustment would help them!
