We hired Peter from Chip Bauer Construction Inc to manage the finishing of our basement. He was with us every step of the way; helping us envision what the blank canvas could be, working with the bank to help us get our loan, coordinating the subcontractors (though he and Tyler did a lot of phenomenal work themselves), responding to questions or changes, and even following up with us to check to see how everything was going months after the project ended.

Working with Peter Bauer, on finishing our basement, was a great experience! He was thorough, had great attention to detail, and came up with some creative solutions to some of the issues we ran into. He was very good at communicating and kept us informed of what was happening every step of the way! We will definitely be using Chip Bauer Construction for any future construction/remodel needs!
Chip and crew are great to work with. Communication is key when it comes to your dream project and your house and Chip nails it.
