I walked into fantastic sam’s SO STRESSED after just leaving from another salon so unhappy with my hair. when I came in francesca immediately helped calm me down and reassured she would help fix my hair. she was so sweeet , professional and knowledgeable and immediately got to work! she is a life saver!!! i will definitely be coming back to see her again. thank YOU francesca ? ? ?
