I had an emergency situation and a Technician was there within a couple hours. He did a very thorough job and made sure there wouldn't be more problems down the line. I have four apartments and two retail spaces. It was a blessing to be able to tell all the tenants they could use the plumbing again.
Best customer service in every way! A guy was out less than 4 hours after I called (non-emergency), he was kind and respectful, and even had a sense of humor. I expected to pay double what I was invoiced considering the job took a lot longer than anticipated. All around, it was a great experience!
Came out the same day on the time scheduled. Was very thorough with diagnosis and explaining my options for repair. Very courteous and respectful during the work and completed the wirk in a timely manner, very happy with the job.
