Great clinic with providers who listen and take time to figure things out. Sometimes that means waiting a bit longer for your appointment as some negative reviews have noted. Schedule time for the appointments and schedule early if you want to avoid potential delays as you're more likely to be seen right away.

i hate leaving bad reviews but that was the single most awful visit i’ve ever had at a north memorial location. i’ve always gotten exception care but today was ridiculous. my appointment was at 3:45, i was not brought till 4pm keep in mind this was a LAB appointment. i went into the bathroom to take my urine test and there was still a urine sample in the little cabinet thing and the lab guy tot a major attitude when i asked him how i was suppose to write my name on the little plastic container (he didn’t give me a pen or a sticker or anything.) i will not be returning for any care whatsoever.

Outstanding doctors and staff, but outrageous billing practices. I was billed $356 for a 20 minutes telehealth phone call. :/

Be careful if you're seeking care here! My advice is to get a written quote before accepting care from North Memorial! This isn't the first time they've tried to charge me with egregious bills. So beware anytime you're dealing with them, at whichever location you do!
