The doctors are great. I work during the day. I arrived at 4:33pm for a 4:30 pm appointment after taking time off to go to the doctor. They wouldn’t see me. I tried to reschedule my appointment. I confirmed my number change 3x, then I was told the phone was unproductive and they hung up on me. Of course my tone wasn’t cherry but having to repeat my self for every answer - after being denied my visit- that was unproductive. I have been going to this clinic since 2015.
I have been a patient here for 3+ years. Dr. Aase has changed my life and has given me the support and care I need to make the best choices for my health.
Along with Dr. Aase, I have liked all the nurses I’ve had. Thanks for their MEDICAL TEAM I had a safe and successful pregnancy and delivery despite being high risk.
Now…the other part…the reception.
Yesterday I showed up at 11:33am for an 11:30am appointment. This was a quick appointment just to look me over and have an RX refilled. Shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes as we are not doing bloodwork or searching for a diagnosis.

I've been coming here since 2018, Doctor Justesen has been my primary. She suggested I get a colonoscopy for, continued back pain and other symptoms. I was afraid to do the test. I did it and found out that I had colon cancer. That's the benefit of having primary doctor. Without it I don't know if I would have been involved in my wellness. Its a life was a life saving, to get the treatment I needed before it was too late. I've heard about people who found out too late about colon cancer, I'm not one of the casualties. There's staff that have been here since I became a patient, and greet you like family.
