Patients appreciate the availability of immediate appointments, especially when their regular clinics are unavailable. The staff is kind, compassionate, and supportive, making patients feel comfortable and understood. The care team, including doctors and nurses, is experienced and attentive. The clinic is described as a one-stop shop for health needs and support, with smooth operations at the front desk. Many have trusted this clinic for years, valuing the quality of care despite occasional challenges with reception staff.
This clinic has adopted a dangerous practice of not printing and giving people their prescription numbers. In the event, there is a problem with the prescription you cannot self advocate. And you can barely get through on phone systems without the proper prescription number. I have gone four weeks without pain meds- Due to this practice. Complaint filed April 2026
Couldn’t get into my regular primary clinic for almost two months so I looked at surrounding clinics in the area and came across this one. I was able to get it right away and the service was excellent. I was satisfied with my care. Even considering making it my primary care provider.
This place is a one stop shop when it comes to getting your needs met wheather it be health or support their care team is phenomenal. I loved my experience here. Everyone is so kind and genuinely compationate to your individual situation.
