“I first came to Best Friends about 6 months ago to put my dog Xenio down. Which they were nothing but accommodating, kind and very compassionate about what they do. Then a couple weeks ago I brought one of my other dogs Klein in for a second opinion on what has been making him sick since September. They were very determined to help figure out what was wrong. We didn't get the chance to complete his workup before he passed. So when they found out they were very sympathetic for what I had gone through once again. I couldn't thank them enough for being there through both my rainbow dogs.“

“I’m 28 now and married, and I’ve been coming to this veterinary clinic since I was litterally a kid! The Minnehaha Team has been there through every moment of my childhood pets, and now they support me as I care for my very own cat and dog with confidence and independence.

Over the years, I’ve built incredible trust with the front desk staff, the assistants, and the doctors. They’ve treated our pets like family and they’ve treated us like family too. We particularly have a great bond with Bobbie and Dr. Soule.
We feel like the staff has always shown up with compassion, professionalism, and absolute genuine care. They LOVE our dog Marzipan, everyone genuilnly greats her and hopes she's doing well. Even new empoleeyes we meet fall in love with her and it's very hearwarming.

If you’re looking for a vet who will walk alongside you through the joys and heartbreaks of pet ownership, this is the place. “Had a grooming appointment this past Thursday and experienced car trouble. I live quite close— but not close enough to walk there in time for the appointment for which I was running late. She came and picked my little buddy up.

The grooming services were 10/10 as usual— but the willingness to help when I needed it was even more appreciated.

“I was able to get a quick refill from LHV, which was sent to my house. The original prescription was from an animal cardiologist an hour away from my home, so this was extremely easy and helpful.“

“I recently boarded my aging dog while on vacation. She was near end of life and needed additional care. The facility brought Ruby to Pet Crossing concerned she needed to be put down. Pet Crossing's doctor called me immediately, provided me her cell number, and worked with me for options to care for Ruby. Ultimately, Pet crossing took care of her all day and sent me numerous photos and videos showing she was doing very well until a friend could pick her up. They helped manage her pain and developed a plan for my friend so I could be with her at the end when I returned. Pet Crossing was extremely compassionate, went above and beyond with their communication, and I felt were reasonable with their fees. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the staff at Pet Crossing and would not hesitate bringing my other dog there in the future and would recommend Pet Crossing to others based upon this experience.“
