“I had Davey tree remove a couple of Maple trees on my property that had become damaged and/or unhealthy. I had a great experience dealing with this company and would highly recommend! Ethan was very knowledgeable and professional during his initial visit and provided a quote promptly; he was great to deal with! Then once hired, the crew they sent out was very professional and efficient, and did a great job of communicating and also cleaning up after the removal. The price I paid was competitive, and though slightly higher than their competition, I felt confident Davey would provide the best total value service...and I was not disappointed. “We hired Precision Landscape & Tree to remove a massive and problematic Cottonwood tree 6 feet from our dining room window and to prune another in the back of the yard. We also needed some advice on recabling a Honey Locust and pruning a large Maple in the front yard.

This was a huge job broken up into two days. First, the team came to inspect the Honey Locust and prune the Maple. Then on day two, they tackled the two Cottonwoods. The crew arrived at 7:00 a.m., polite, friendly, and ready to work. Once the crane was set up, everyone worked like a well-oiled machine. The efficiency in keeping the job moving, simultaneously keeping the street clear of debris, was terrific to see.

“I called Gene on Wednesday to see if he could come & trim up a Walnut tree that was hanging over my house. A filthy tree that I'd love to cut down but is growing on the neighbors property line. “Corey had his guys out here today as needed our oak tree, crabapple tree trimmed and one big arbrovity limb that was hitting our house cut down! They knew exactly what and how to do it and got it all done in a few hours! They did a wonderful job of clean up with the snow we had. “We have used ‘Langer’s Tree service for years-purchasing black dirt and mulch, and have always been absolutely impressed by the way they do business! The gentleman who manages the service desk (Bill) is always very cordial; kind and professional!
He takes your order and works hard to get a timely delivery date (in fact-I recently just walked in to their office to order black dirt and he stated: “Let me see if we can deliver this today” and thats’ exactly what happened! The driver showed up at our place not an hour after placing the order!
The driver was also very cordial and professional, and when he arrived, he saw two huge spots on opposite sides of our yard (where huge maple trees had been removed), and though the delivery instructions stated ‘just drop the dirt in the driveway’, the driver said he would be happy to drop the large load directly over the two locations (1/2 on one side 1/2 on the other), which saved me about eight hours of ‘wheelbarrow’ time moving the dirt. On top of that, he refused to accept a tip stating: “What I did was just ‘customer service’”. What that driver did was absolutely EXCELLENT customer service!
His truck had the name: ‘Perry Langer’, and I was so dumfounded by his kindness, I failed to ask if he was ‘Perry’.
We just had a major sewer repair/dig done, and will need several yards of replacement mulch, and needless to say we will of course reorder from Langer’s.
