Punctuality - He and his crew are where they are supposed to be, when they're supposed to be there.3. Competency - I've watched hundreds of trees be felled in my lifetime. Knowing exactly where to make a cut and how the tree is going to twist, is an art form. Sergio is a master at his craft.We had a tree that needed to be removed inside of a postage stamp sized back yard. A large limb hung over the top of our house, and there was significant risk to the structure, should that limb fall on it. Sergio surgically removed sections of that tree and flew them out on a crane. It was beautiful to watch!Along with competency comes clean-up. By the time his crew left, you couldn't tell that a tree had been felled. Every branch and twig was picked up and the street was clean.I would recommend Sergio highly and without reservation!
