I was very pleased with SavATree. We had six trees cut. They did a great job, worked very safely, made sure to protect the buildings and did a great job of cleaning up the mess! I would surely hire them again.

I have used them for years and have always had great, quick service. I value Mike's knowledge about trees, professionalism, and sound advice. It is always helpful that he presents honest options. They work insanely hard, always clean things up, and have fair pricing.

I highly recommend SavATree-Afton. Not only was their quote quite reasonable but their customer service is outstanding. They showed up when they said, everyone of the crew was extremely professional and explain everything that was going on and their clean up after the tree removal was spotless. I also appreciated the call afterwards asking if everything went well.

SavATree was founded by Ralph Robbins in 1978 with a single objective in mind; to save trees from the devastating effects of repeated defoliations by the Gypsy Moth Caterpillar (Lymantria dispar). While this moth was accidentally introduced into the United States by French entomologist Leopold Trouvelot in 1868, it was not until the late 1970’s that the population exploded in the Northeast. Ralph, a graduate of Paul Smith’s college and entrepreneur at heart, saw an opportunity to make a difference in support of tree preservation and care.
