“We called Primate Tree Care after the recent winter storm that caused a lot of tree damage in Woodbury. They came out and did an estimate the next day, and I was surprised how low their estimate was based on previous experiences with other tree care services. They came out today as scheduled, completed all of the work, and actually cleaned up some branches on the ground in our yard that were not included in the estimate at no additional charge! They did a much better job cleaning up than competitors we have used in the past. I will not hesitate to call Primate Tree Care again in the future.“
“There are three things that I consider when contracting for a service. Sergio's delivers on all in spades.1. Communication - He knows how and when to write emails to update you on your project.2. Punctuality - He and his crew are where they are supposed to be, when they're supposed to be there.3. Competency - I've watched hundreds of trees be felled in my lifetime. Knowing exactly where to make a cut and how the tree is going to twist, is an art form. Sergio is a master at his craft.We had a tree that needed to be removed inside of a postage stamp sized back yard. A large limb hung over the top of our house, and there was significant risk to the structure, should that limb fall on it. Sergio surgically removed sections of that tree and flew them out on a crane. It was beautiful to watch!Along with competency comes clean-up. By the time his crew left, you couldn't tell that a tree had been felled. Every branch and twig was picked up and the street was clean.I would recommend Sergio highly and without reservation! His prices are reasonable and you won't be disappointed.“
