“Went in to browse at Sun Glasses and was greeted by with great customer service by Diana. Diana noticed my sun glasses and commented on how I liked my Ray Bands and let her know how they were hurting my head so was thinking of getting a different pair. She told me put my pair on and noticed they were not adjusted properly and proceeded to adjust them, which did the trick. Although I did not buy a pair this visit, I'll for sure return back to this store because of the friendly employee who did not push to sell but truly was friendly wanted to help.“

“I went to the Ophthalmology department today after being a month with horrible eye symptoms . I was helped by Dr. Roger L Parlanti ,OD and he was amazing . He understood my issue and showed genuine care . I prayed that God will give me a good doctor this time and he did . Thank you Dr. Roger I will forever be in gratitude for your help . He is retiring and is so sad because we need more doctors like him . 5 starts don't give him justice .“

“Dr Dufort, Andrea, medical and office staff do an amazing job with our child. Every concern is discussed throughly, kindly, informatively. We are offered choices for best care options and are truly listened to with our questions and choices fully supported. The abundant care Dr Dufort puts into caring for his patients and families is apparent. He has gone above and beyond for us. When my little one had an surprise concern from a procedure, he had us stay beyond normal hours helping us try to address it. Ultimately he called his network at Children’s Minnesota and found us the best treatment to address the issue! I have incredible respect for his expertise, bedside manner, and willingness to help find appropriate resources in a situation. The entire team is amazing. From the front desk answering phone calls regarding a sick baby to the nurses and medical assistants giving immunizations, they are knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. The nurse practitioners in this clinic are compassionate and will answer any questions. The medical field is tough right now with long hours due to staffing issues and ever expanding rules and regulations. I am grateful for the care and interactions provided to me with this clinic. You don’t often find a gem like this for pediatric care.“

“The Pharmacist at the window, Casandra, was extremely kind and helpful! I called in advance yesterday to make sure my medications had made it there (since I had done Doctor on Demand) and she ensured me it was being filled and let me know one was out of stock but reassured me it would arrive the next day. When we pulled up to the window yesterday she knew who we were and already had our stuff ready to go!The next day (today), we pulled up for the medication that had arrived today (this time with no phone call for advanced notice) and before we even said what we were there for, she was at the window ready to go with our stuff!I'm very impressed with with the great level of customer service. Please let Casandra know that she is doing a fantastic job and that we appreciate her attentiveness.“

“I Love this clinic. I came from a clinic that the Doc. was rude. I have never had a issue with this clinic. The past 3 years were hard on everyone. Put your self in the shoes of those who were around to help us in every way we needed it. Could you have done it ? I could not. SOOOOO I APPRECIATED each and every one who was at this clinic for me. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH. Love Sandra McCauley“

“I had an urgent situation, but I don't feel comfortable using clinics I'm not familiar with, so I called up at 6:45am (before they even open!) and made an appointment for 2 hours later! It was amazing. Dr. Gallagher listened and cared for me wonderfully without judgement or any negativity. She was genuinely concerned about my well being and knew exactly what it was and how to treat it. About one hour after I left I was already feeling better. It was overall a great experience, even though it was a scary situation. I want to thank her personally.“

“Went here just for a blood draw at their lab, so I cannot speak to the aspects of getting medical care, the doctors, etc. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, though it was confusing that she just sent me to the lab without checking me in (as far as I could tell); other clinics (not Park Nicollet clinics) I have to wait in the front waiting room til a nurse comes, but here I was just sent back to the lab, which had its own little waiting room. That was fine, just a bit confusing because I got no explanation of why I didn't get checked in at the front desk, get a slip of paper or sheet of stickers, etc.The lab tech was nice and friendly, and the blood draw went quickly and I was done with that within five minutes. When I was there I saw only a couple people/patients (definitely not crowded!).The building was clean and tidy. When I was there, masks were not required if you were not sick (though you could wear one if you wanted). This wasn't posted in the reception area anywhere I saw, which would have been helpful, but it was online when I made an appointment and got the confirmation for it. I did get asked Covid screening questions as usual at the reception desk..The staff were pretty good at respecting my service dog and not interacting with her, which I appreciated, since that's not always the case even at medical clinics/therapy/hospitals (e.g. places a service dog would likely be seen fairly frequently, since service dogs work for disabled handlers who are often at the doctor or hospital).Regarding other accessibility aspects:The front doors are automatic (like a grocery store, not the kind where you push a button). There was enough space in the lab waiting room where a wheelchair and service dog could sit and wait and not be in the middle of the aisle; I did not see the main waiting area so cannot comment on how wheelchair-friendly that area was.I only saw three accessible parking spots, but there might have been more elsewhere. The curbcut was in a weird spot, not at the curb by the access aisle like you commonly see, but at least there was a curb cut. The accessible parking was technically the closest parking to the front door, but I wouldn't say it was very close to the door...I had to go up a sidewalk, then left and go down another sidewalk around some plants and grass and then under the covered drop off area to get to the doors. Doable for me, but I was still surprised at how far I had to go to get from the accessible parking into the building.I didn't see the bathrooms at the clinic, but the halls were wide, the entry way and waiting area at the reception desks was spacious, and there was no place where I felt like I was in the way or crowding people, since a wheelchair and service dog take up more room than your average person off the street.“

“First I have to say I went in for a mammogram on a Tuesday and the radiologist I had or the screener was the BEST I've ever had! I can't say enough wonderful words about this lovely woman.Wish I had her name, but she had brown hair and tattoos on her arms. I hope she gets cred for this bc it was actually a nice experience for something that isn't fun. All bc of the tech!Parking I DO NOT like! Even with handicapped parking tags good luck. Not nearly enough for this large specialty center.“

“I’ve been to this clinic a bunch of times and have always been seen promptly and had a great experience. In particular I want to commend Anna Schmidt! I’ve seen her twice now and she is friendly and explains things in a way that makes sense. She works efficiently without making me feel like she’s rushing to get me out, she’s just skilled at what she does and highly respectful of patient’s time. She’s had the same nurse both times I’ve been there (I think her name is Caitlin) and the nurse is also friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic, Anna & team in particular!“

“The OB clinic is really nice. I love Dr. Looby and I didn’t have a hard time adjusting to a new environment especially that I just moved here from another state. The lab down the hall was also wonderful. The lady who drew the sample did everything right from identification to the blood draw process. I don’t comment whenever these things are done but I had to commend it because not everyone does it correctly. I’m glad to find this place.“
