Everyone from Terri, the front desk check-in person, to the nurse, Chris, up to and including PA Patel, were all genuinely pleasant, professional and caring. They all took time to explore why I was there and smoothly moved me through the appointment, step by step. I appreciated that I could sense a very high level of sincerity in all of our interactions… that, in and of itself, caused me to feel better even before I left the clinic. Just moved to Farmington. Was very impressed with the friendliness of reception gals, checking in. Also, nurse and the dr were very patient and took time to discuss my health issues. Have never had such a great experience with a medical office.
