The receptionist was very quick and friendly while checking me in. I didn’t have a long wait to see the doctor after checkin. The doctors staff were very nice and personable which kept me relaxed. The doctor was very efficient and knowledgeable and took his time explaining the procedure and other things. Everything went smoothly. Dr. Nahas and his Medical students/Fellows and such (remember the U of M is a teaching institution) were helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve only had 1 negative virtual appt. I recommend them to anyone who is a Treatment Resistant Person.“
