I'm currently writing this as I've been on hold for 52 minutes and counting. I have a 6 year old screaming in pain because of his ear begging to go to the Doctor. They really need to hire people to assist on the phones. The staff and Doctors are wonderful but they need help. As I'm finishing up this review I'm still on hold at 54 minutes.

Avoid seeing Dr. Mitha. She rushed us and dismisses our concerns. Not to mention not doing a thorough assessment on our child. Guess profit over patient care is her motto. So disappointing. I gave the two stars because the clinic is going downhill as well.

We've been loyal patients at Southdale Pediatrics for close to 20 years. The care we've received there has always been good. The providers and nurses are caring, kind, and professional. So why the 2-star review? It's evidently being dreadfully mismanaged.Over the last several years, we've noticed a HUGE drop off in the ability to contact any live person. Need to talk to a nurse on the phone? Count on a LONG wait -- we've been on hold for over an hour only to get cut off (or hung up on). If you choose to leave a voicemail (with the promise that they'll return your call in the order in which it was received), you MAY get a call back... the next day. Their "patient...read full review
