My son has been seeing Dr. Bray here for years now and not just Dr. Bray but all of the staff they have are absolutely outstanding. No matter the concern or question, they always help me and make sure I understand it. Dr. Bray has been such an excellent doctor to see, she really takes her time and makes sure to cover everything you can possibly need. I always feel confident that nothing got overlooked and that she truly wants to make me feel that my son is being well cared for. Service is fine for a pediatrician's office. I wouldn't take my child there for anything beyond very basic illnesses. Several times I witnessed doctors not being able to diagnose a crying baby and calling in the ambulance which is located in the same complex when the parent was willing to drive/walk the kid and the situation was clearly not an emergency. The doctors wanted to avoid any responsibility. Their minimum office charge is around $300, plus $100+ for any basic test. Well baby visit was over $1300 with 3 vaccines (vaccines cost alone was $138.00, so it was not the main driver - office charges were). Some of those bad reviews are absolutely ridiculous and seem to be more of insurance issues or not understanding how billing works. We have brought our two kids here since they were born and have always had fantastic care from all of the doctors! I myself went there as a child several decades ago and I had great care myself!
